This was a ground up build that began in 2020 and was completed in 2022. This is a 108 room hotel located in the heart of downtown Phoenix.

LaQuinta Project broke ground in 2023. Although the build was during some trying changes in the industry, we are proud with the progress and exceptional results thanks to a stellar team! We are excited for the opening in 2025.

Located in Chandler Arizona. Close to The Phoenix Premium Outlets® Mall, Wild Horse Pass Casino, Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park, and Rawhide are popular stops and many of our Chandler hotel guests are in the area for the great deals available. Spring MLB training also takes place nearby, and our property is suited to groups and teams.
